Modules are common website components that are used like building blocks to create pages. Each module is a collection of “generic” elements — images, text, buttons, etc. Many modules are combined to build a page. They all feature a heading, maybe a subheading, and a big background image. An enterprise-level software application may contain several different modules, and each module serves unique and separate business operations.

Load testing generally refers to the practice of modeling the expected usage of a software program by simulating multiple users accessing the program concurrently. As such, this testing is most relevant for multi-user systems; often one built using a client/server model, such as web servers.
